Document indexing and coding is the process by which documents are indexed and coded into a database to facilitate data retrieval. MedTrans employs indexing and coding methodologies that allow more efficient capture of index information than previous methods.

Document Conversion :
Document Conversion is the process by which a document is taken from its original format (such as Word, WordPerfect, Excel…etc.) and placed into generic format, called "PDF." This specialized PDF format allows the end-user to view the document without having the software package. The process allows information sharing among companies without having the software package. EWIM offers these conversion services in a timely and efficient manner regardless of the number of formats involved.
