Our production setup is designed in such a way as to ensure minimum hassles for the dictating doctor and yet provide him/her with accurate and timely transcribed output. Our unit goes into action as soon as a doctor transfers his/her recorded voice to our System™. The file is transferred to our server, then downloaded in India at pre-designated time, using ISDN and FTP connectivity. We have full redundancy to overcome any communication channel failure.
The file(s) are downloaded then distributed to the trained medical transcriptionists using our proprietary software which takes care of all the MIS handling from allotment of work to tracking of a job by the editors and quality control supervisors and finally docking the transcribed report back to the same FTP server. The initial output of our medical transcriptionists is handled by our QA and senior QC staff to ensure that the transcribed report leaving our facility is 98.5% accurate as per AAMT guideline. We also customize our outpatient reports to suit the convenience of the individual doctor. We can transcribe the documents into any format that you are currently using, such as Microsoft Word, Word Perfect for DOS and Rich Text Format.
The doctor can then pick up the file from the server or we can arrange to send a fax or email either to the doctor or to the hospital as per instructions. Our extensive backup system ensures a virtually fail safe operation. All electronic data is backed up regularly to cater to any eventuality. Our medical transcriptionists are continuously guided by senior doctors and experts from the field. They are also updated on the latest trends in the medical field including new drugs and procedures. All this and a well equipped library enables our medical transcriptionists to deliver transcribed reports at par with the American standards.
